This article explains how to change AIGrid cells size (in pixels) manually.
Details:

You must modify the mimic file:

  • First save the mimic as ASCII and then open it with a text editor.
  • Find the AIGrid Object :

  • Modify RH (Row Heights) and CW (Column widths) lines and save mimic file.
