When openning the technical support web portal, you are automatically redirected to the login page:

If you do not have an account yet, click on the link Create an account at the bottom of the page to display the registration form.

Fill in the required fields as follows:
Pseudo: your name or initials
Email: your professional email address.
• Re-enter your email address in the next field to confirm it.
Password: enter a password at least six characters long.
• Re-enter your password in the next field to confirm it.
You are advised to read the Terms & conditions of use. If you agree to comply and be bound with them, tick the box ‘I agree to…
• Type the distorted characters into the security check field.
• Click on the Register button.

You will then receive a confirmation of the account creation on the email address you provided.

From then on you will be able to log in by providing the email address and password that you specified.

Access to the Knowledge Base is limited unless you have a valid maintenance contract, Certified Partner Program membership or partner agreement.
If your user rights can not be granted automatically, the web site administrator is notified and takes care of it. Should any problem arises, don’t hesitate to contact your sales representative.

The access rights are managed automatically upon contract or agreement expiry and renewal. Be aware that when your contract expires, the user rights associated to your account are revoked – You will no longer have access to the web site content and may miss out on updates.

Upon renewal of your contract or agreement, user rights will be re-assigned automatically.
