1. The tree of categories
This is the quickest way for finding articles related to a particular subject. You select a broad category then a narrower category within it.
2. Search
Enter one or several keywords to display the list of articles in which they occur.
The search covers the article’s title, article Id and tags, as well as its contents.
For instance if technical support transmit you an article Id to reference to, you can look it up here: Enter directly the article Id in the ‘Search keyword’ text box and the article should appear in the search results, in addition to articles referring to this article Id.
You can specify how the search should handle multiple keywords:
• All words: only articles with all of the keywords are returned.
• Any words: articles with one or more of the keywords are returned.
• Exact phrase: the keywords must be matched exactly by a phrase in each article.
The Ordering option lets you sort the results into ascending or descending alphabetic sequence.
NOTE: For efficiency purpose, results are limited to 100 articles per search. If there are that many, it’s usually best to refine your search.
3. Tag cloud
The tag cloud lets you quickly list all articles matching a particular keyword, as assigned by articles’ authors. To be easily readable, the ‘cloud’ is limited to 50 tags.
4. Calendar
Here you can select any of the last 12 months to list the articles added during that month. The number of those is shown in brackets (parenthesis), for instance ‘December 2010 (128)’ means that 128 articles were added in December 2010.
