You can configure the properties of the Trend animation to display milliseconds.

Solution

  1. Open the properties of the Trend animation.

Trend_Display_config_milliseconds

  1. Add the string in the edit box for Cursor Mode: :##l.

Milliseconds will then be displayed when you click on the Trend window.
