Service scope & limitations
This service covers PcVue software only. The following are excluded:
  1. Third-party software or hardware not supplied by our company
  2. Issues caused by incorrect handling, unauthorized modifications, or incompatible environments
  3. Data recovery following accidental deletion, virus infection, or uncontrolled system failure
  4. Network or server issues unrelated to the software itself
  5. Development of custom features, integrations, or scripts

This service does not include training sessions, nor does it constitute an obligation to achieve a specific result. The customer must ensure that all hardware and software prerequisites are met prior to intervention. During on-site assistance, a designated employee or integrator with full knowledge of the project environment (network, automation, equipment) must be present throughout.
