Technical Writer – Product Documentation (B2B Software)

Missions
As part of the Product Marketing team, you manage the product documentation. Responsible for the quality of the technical information we provide to users of our B2B software products, you contribute to its improvement, in style and substance.
Your main missions are the following:
– Structure the technical information we provide to users,
– Author the original product documentation in English, including the online help,
– Contribute to the authoring of the training material and other technical resources.
The job also includes:
– Maintenance of the existing content,
– Coordination and support of our team of translators,
– Production and publication of the product documentation,
– Maintenance of the playbooks for the authoring, localization, and publishing process,
– Contribution to the improvement of the documentation process.
You will collaborate daily with the R&D, QA and Tech support teams, all along the product lifecycle.
The tools we use: MadCap Flare, Git, Crowdin, DeepL, Dokeos, Jira.

Autonomous and well organized, you know what teamwork means and have outstanding research instincts. This position requires proven international written English proficiency. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
