Explanation

Your application is trying to write OPC items with a wrong type.

Example

The Event Viewer first returns the error message 16722 or 16723 when linking a PcVue text variable with a numerical item type. It also does so after the message above when you try to write to the item.

This message should never appear in the Event Viewer, as all types supported by OPC servers are referenced in PcVue.
