1-Submit a ticket

Contact our hotline by phone or via our support portal. A ticket is created and assigned immediately to a PcVue-certified engineer.

2-Diagnosis & resolution

Our engineer analyses your issue and provides a fast, adapted response. Remote access may be used if needed to accelerate resolution.

3-Follow-up

All cases are tracked until closure. For complex issues, a dedicated engineer is assigned to ensure continuity and reduce treatment time.

4-Case closure

A summary is provided at the end of each intervention. Satisfaction is monitored regularly through surveys to ensure quality of support.
