PcVue version 8.2 SP1.
In general if a project is used with a later version of PcVue it will be automatically converted to that version. Occasionally it may be necessary to make manual modifications.
Summary:

Sample project showing some of the new features available in PcVue 8.2.

  • Navigator – New dialog for assistance in navigating mimics larger than the Workspace.
  • Autofocus – Mechanism for automatically scaling the Y axis of a Trend Display according to the range of values displayed.
  • 3D Text – New drawing element allow text to be added to a 3D mimic. Text can be animated to show register value, associated labels etc.
  • Alarm timestamp – New formatting characters for the Alarm Display to allow the display, on a single line, of the time at which an alarm went on, off and was acknowledged.
  • Mouse configuration – New configuration options to select the mouse actions for mimic zoom, pan, scrolling etc.
  • Show commands – New configuration option to indicate mimic control zones (mouse and keyboard).
  • User right – New configuration options to make use of the MS Windows accounts directory within PcVue.
