2. Structure of an article
Here is the structure of an article:
There are 7 types of articles in the KB:
• How to…
• Information
• Troubleshooting
• Upgrade issue
• Work-around
• Miscellaneous
• FAQ list (frequently asked questions)
All articles of the same type have the same structure.
For example, ‘How to…’ articles include the following sections:
• Applies to: product(s) and version(s) to which it applies.
• Summary: a gist of the content.
• Details: explanation of what to do.

3. A FAQ article
This is how a FAQ page looks like:
It has an index with entries hyperlinked to each of the question-and-answer pairs. From any question, you can use the Back to top link to return to the index.
4. Subscribe to article publication news
You can subscribe to article publication news on a per category base:
Click on the ‘Subscribe’ button on top of the category.
You will then be notified of new articles publication and updates to existing ones in this category.
