ARC Informatique is an independent European company with over 40 years of experience in developing and supplying SCADA and BMS software for monitoring and control of industrial applications. Its PcVue platform enables its partners to develop applications for various vertical markets (energy, environment, transportation, buildings, etc.). They help their users reduce production costs and optimize the efficiency, reliability, and profitability of their systems, while ensuring employee safety and controlling their environmental impact.

Responsabilities
As our lead generation expert, you will:
- Oversee multichannel campaigns to generate qualified leads, convert them into business opportunities, and demonstrate their impact on revenue.
- Leverage HubSpot Marketing Hub and Odoo CRM to manage campaigns, automation, and lead tracking.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to deploy acquisition strategies globally.
Main Missions
Acquisition Strategy
- Deploy and support the global acquisition strategy (SEO, SEA, Social Ads, Affiliation, Outreach, Events).
- Optimize marketing budgets across channels for maximum ROI.
- Align marketing and sales in Odoo CRM, track qualified leads, and monitor conversions.
- Track and analyze key KPIs: MQL, SQL, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline, revenue attributable to campaigns.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Improve website rankings through technical and on-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content to attract organic traffic.
SEA & Paid Campaigns
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, sponsored content, email outreach).
- Perform A/B testing to improve landing page and ad performance.
Performance & Data Analysis
- Set up and manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Monitor traffic and campaign performance; link marketing campaigns directly to revenue.
HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Build and automate nurturing workflows.
- Segment audiences and implement behavioral triggers.
- Create landing pages, forms, email sequences, and performance dashboards.
Key Objectives & KPIs
- Generate qualified leads/month.
- Reduce CAC while maintaining lead quality.
- Increase website traffic from acquisition channels
- Improve conversion rate from traffic to leads
- Achieve ROAS target
Profile
- 3–6 years’ experience in B2B lead generation, ideally SaaS or international tech.
- HubSpot Marketing Hub expert (workflows, segmentation, dashboards).
- Solid knowledge of Odoo CRM & marketing-sales integration.
- Multichannel acquisition expert (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, cold outreach, sponsored content).
- Strong data-driven mindset, results-oriented, and autonomous.
- Excellent communication and coordination in a multi-country context.
