Summary:

Using Dream Report 3.43 SP2 and the PcVue Web Services driver, a report has been configured to be generated on event if a PcVue variable value changes but the report is never generated. When examining the log file you can see this kind of message:

2011-08-05 17:39:43.052; ( 2512: 1544); Inform; PcVue Client: call back for tag REPORT.run2 = NULL
Solution:

There is an issue when using lower case characters in the name of PcVue variables which are triggering the generation. For example, replace REPORT.run2 with REPORT.RUN2 and modify the Dream Report project accordingly.

Never use lower case for PcVue variables which are triggering the generation.

For example, replace REPORT.run2 into REPORT.RUN2 and modify the Dream Report project accordingly.
