Making the SAIA driver works without installing PG5 suite |

| Details:
In order for the driver SAIA to work it is mentionned in the help that the PG5 suite must be installed. An alternative to this is to use the SAIA_Driver.rar file provided. This is the driver component used by PG5 suite. Simply install the following package in the BIN directory of PcVue. In that case no need to install PG5 and to modifiy the environment variable.
