Summary:

This article explains how to connect PcVue and a TSX MICRO(37xx) with Unitelway driver using a serial port and SCA 72 converter.
Details:

The wiring described below has been tested and works properly.

The converter is in half duplex on RS485 side, and the Unitelway plug of the TSX MICRO is not the terminal plug.

Through a serial port

In order to use the Unitelway protocol through the serial port, you need to install a .DLL library file which is issued by Schneider. These two library references can be used to install Schneider’s .DLL library file:

  • YCC-UTWPCWNV3IE05
  • YCC-UTWPCNTV1F

This library is delivered with a PcVue dongle (protection key).
