Technical Support Engineer (Malaysia)

PcVue Malaysia / Asia Pacific is looking for a technical engineer whose main responsibilities will be to provide technical support services on PcVue SCADA software and other related products from PcVue Solutions’ portfolio. This is a permanent post requiring occasional business trips in Asian countries, a dynamic and curious nature with an interest in emerging technologies such as IOT, Cloud, BIM, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support
• Training instructor
• Software product qualification testing
• Pre-sales support and demo system setups
• Occasional project engineering

Skills/Professional Experience

• Must have some experience or good knowledge in Automation industry working for a system integrator company or an Automation equipment manufacturer
• Must have scripting/programing experience in VBA, or .NET or C++
• Fluent written and spoken English, and Malay. Knowledge of a Chinese language would be an extra advantage.
• Willingness to travel and discover different countries and cultures as the company is based in multiple location worldwide.
