After importating a Virtual PC file into VMware, the mouse did not work properly.
Solution:

There’s an incompatibility between the VMware Tool’s mouse driver and computer images created with Virtual PC. Uninstalling the VmWare Tools and reinstalling it without the mouse driver solves the problem.
