PcVue all versions when installed on a Dell computer.
Summary:

When you try to read a .chm file, the Windows installer service shows a popup asking for the “Dell Resource CD” or the RCD.msi file.
Solution:

Use the file attached to clean up the Windows Installer database of all Dell Ressource CD references
