Overview of the Window Properties Dialog
The Window Properties dialog is displayed from the mimic
context menu and defines the behavior and operation of a mimic's support
window. Show picture
Configuration properties of a window are, for convenience, grouped together in several tabs.
- Display - Configuration of the general window appearance and behavior. See the Window style, Window and mimic size, Displaying text in the title bar, Drawing grid and Drawing Layers and De-clutter Templates topics.
- Access rights - Configuration of user access level, zoom and layer rights. See the Access Rights tab topic.
- Included mimic - Behavior when opened as a child of another mimic (using the Link - Open animation) or as a context mimic. See the Included mimic tab topic.
- Advanced - Configuration of the screen resolution for when the target PC has a different screen resolution to that of the development PC. See the Advanced tab topic.
- Navigator - Configuration of the optional embedded navigator that displays a thumbnail of the mimic. See the Mimic navigator topic.
- Programs - Selection of SCADA Basic programs which are run when the mimic is opened and / or when it is closed. See the Programs tab topic.
- Links - Configuration of which mimics are opened from Link - Open animation when using the substitution strings #M1 to #M10. See the Links tab topic.
